Rachel has worked extensively in both drama production and development for over fifteen years. After a degree in Fine Art, she began her career in the drama department at Carlton TV. Combining her love of visuals with a life-long passion for stories, she became a script editor working on shows such as Casualty, Emmerdale and Family Affairs.

Leah was born in Nairobi Kenya and moved to the UK when she was 3. She started her career in television as a Casting Assistant before heading off to the University of East Anglia to complete a degree in English literature with Creative writing. After cutting her teeth in continuing drama, first at CASUALTY and then at EASTENDERS, she is now continuing to grow in her role as Development Editor as part of the Watford & Essex team. Leah’s hobbies include aerial silks, gourmet popcorn and of course watching loads of tv.

Anne Thomopoulos is the former Senior Vice President of HBO credited with the creation of their dramatic series department. She launched the department with OZ, HBO’s ground_-breaking one-hour drama series. Subsequently, she established the acclaimed miniseries division developing and overseeing "From the Earth to the Moon."

Sam Kozhaya joined Legendary Entertainment in January 2018 as the studio’s Executive Vice President of Operations and Corporate Development. Sam Kozhaya oversees all strategic opportunities and M&A for Legendary and helps manage operations for Legendary’s global TV division. Sam also manages Legendary’s joint ventures and Legendary’s digital platform, Nerdist.

A graduate of Trinity College, Cambridge, Simon trained as a lawyer with Reed Smith LLP after which he joined Granada Television Productions in 1993 becoming Controller of Business Affairs in 1996. In 2001 he was invited to join the Shine launch team. After a three-year involvement at Shine, Simon left in 2004 to establish Industry Media, a highly successful business affairs consultancy.
